Startup Anthology exists to fix what’s broken in startup culture—especially when it comes to equity and how people grow inside companies. Too often, employees do the heavy lifting but get sidelined or miss out when the stakes get high. We’re here to change that.

Through Make Equity Accessible, we’re building a way for startup employees to sell pre-IPO shares by pooling them into collective cohorts—making it easier to get real value from what you’ve earned.

Startup Anthology is about community, access, and giving startup workers more control over their careers and financial futures.

Why I Started Startup Anthology

I launched Startup Anthology to fix what’s broken in startup culture—especially around equity. Too many employees do the hard work but get pushed out or miss out when it counts. This platform shares real stories, practical insights, and tools to help people navigate startup life with more clarity and control. With Make Equity Accessible, we’re tackling one of the biggest gaps: turning startup equity into real, usable value—by making it easier to sell pre-IPO shares through collective cohorts.
